Took our staffie to Mick for two sessions on heel walking and recall.

The difference is amazing, really good trainer and I would highly recommend him

What can I say? Well, mick is a 100 %brilliant dog/human trainer. Do what Mick advises and do the homework Mick gives; my pup is 10 months, and with Mick, as a trainer, he is now stock trained walks to heel, and his recall is brilliant, beep collar worked brilliantly with stock training as he could have easily been a dead dog with trying to round up sheep so the Beep- e collar has totally helped, and my pup will not end up being a dead dog.

Totally 100% recommend it. Feel like part of the family; a cup of coffee and chat about training make you feel more relaxed. Thank you, Mick and lovely Mandy. X x x

After our second visit today, I have just been out with Spud to try some follow up training... I have a magician dog... He was perfect at recall, and I threw a stick to hunt for a reward... The stick, however, was non-retrievable, so Spud improvised by bringing me an empty cake box.

All went well until the last 5 minutes when he took off after a scent in the woods... Once he returned, he walked home well... Thank you for all the tips to train me as well as Spud.

He's not bad for months, and pleased I got the training now while he is young enough to mound into a cracking dog...

Our 2-year-old working cocker was mental. Pulling in the lead, barking at people, barking in the house and just generally being a round pain. Since our stay with Mick and Mandy, this has all stopped, she has a new routine, and our house is a happier place with my stress levels back within the average human levels! She is back to her normal weight and is happier for it.

She now knows her place in the house, no more excessive treats or ruling the roost for her. The cottage is great too, and Mick and Mandy were fantastic hosts. Thank you for having us and for all of your help. Danny, Lucy and the new and improved Emily! X

I went to visit yesterday with my little french bulldog; she had taken over the house and thought she was pack leader & in return was bossing me around and growling when she didn’t want to do things.. was at my wits end after getting some poor advice, after just 30 mins at working canines her attitude had totally changed!

I spent 4 hours up there getting all the tools I needed to take back authority with her & the last 24hrs have been a total dream!! I can’t stress how happy we are!!

A straightforward no-nonsense approach without gimmicks or treats which is how things used to be done highly recommend working canines.
