Field trial slip lead
A very high quality nylon woven rope lead. Very soft to the touch and constructed by glueing stitched joints and covering with a plastic securing mechanism. Quality fitments include a chromed "o" ring and a leather slip to secure the size of the lead loop. This lead comes in two thicknesses. The thicker (12mm) olive green or lilac ropes are more suited to a labrador size dog and the slightly thinner lead (10mm) we found better for spaniels. The slimmer rope comes in both black and a bright red, for those people who keep dropping them on walks. All four leads are 48" long (122 cms). Very comfortable round your own neck once you have released your dog. Please state which colour you would like when paying with PayPal.

Check Chain An excellent dog training aid for dogs who pull on a lead. This is the size of chain I use on Spaniels when having "walking to heel" problems. This medium sized link chain is 26" long, which is the correct length for getting the "rasp" from the chain when it is pulled quickly. The chain is not designed to choke the dog, but is used as a reinforcing sound with the command to heel. Best used with a rope lead of 24" . There are two sizes available the medium weight chain suitable for spaniels which measures 26" and the heavywight chain which measures 30" more suited to the labrador sized dogs.
