These are originally used for use as a rod rest for either sea anglers or anglers that want to troll for Ferox etc, but we have just tested them at Chew as rod savers with good results. They can be positioned nearly anywhere keeping your rod verticle and out of harms way. These are nothing like the plastic clip type rod savers, purchased for over ten pounds at the big English rearvoirs but made of strong metal which can be adjusted to most angles via the adjusting screws. The rod holder sleeves are able to close for a tight fit for individual rods. Works a treat and keeps rods out the way while not in use. £7.99
